1. Introduction
Aerial Ops is committed to delivering safe, efficient, and compliant drone‑based weed‑spraying services. This agreement outlines the terms under which Aerial Ops will perform the service and the responsibilities of both parties. By signing, the client acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
2. Scope of Work
Aerial Ops will provide professional herbicide application using unmanned aerial systems (UAS). Services may include: Site inspection and hazard assessment Flight planning and CASA‑compliant operations Mixing and application of herbicide as instructed Post‑operation reporting if requested Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective operations, the client agrees to: Provide accurate boundaries, maps, and hazard information Confirm that all people, livestock, and pets are clear of the spray zone Notify neighbours if required by local regulations Ensure legal permission to spray the nominated land Identify sensitive crops, waterways, or exclusion zones Provide access to the property and any required permissions Aerial Ops is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
4. Weather & Operational Conditions
Drone spraying is dependent on safe environmental conditions. Aerial Ops may delay, reschedule, or cancel operations if conditions are unsuitable, including: Excessive wind Rain or high humidity Poor visibility CASA‑restricted airspace or temporary flight restrictions Aerial Ops accepts no liability for delays caused by weather or regulatory requirements.
5. Chemical Handling & Application
Aerial Ops applies herbicides strictly according to label requirements and industry best practice. The client acknowledges: Herbicide selection is based on the information they provide Results may vary due to plant maturity, density, weather, and environmental factors Follow‑up treatments may be required No guarantee is made regarding complete weed eradication
6. Liability, Indemnity & Non‑Liability Clause
To the fullest extent permitted by law: Aerial Ops is not liable for unintended drift, crop damage, environmental impact, or ineffective results caused by factors outside its direct control The client assumes responsibility for ensuring the spray area is legally permitted and safe to treat The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Aerial Ops, its operators, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from: Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client Pre‑existing property conditions Weather‑related impacts Chemical behaviour outside operator control Third‑party complaints or disputes Aerial Ops’ total liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid.
7. Safety & Compliance
Aerial Ops operates under CASA regulations and internal safety procedures. The client agrees not to interfere with drone operations and to keep all persons and animals clear of the area during flights.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits may be required for large‑scale or multi‑day operations.
